Beef halves and quarters are not available for immediate online purchase and must be pre-ordered and scheduled in advance on a first come, first served basis.

-$8.95/lb (based on the hanging weight)
-Approx. hanging weight (half beef): ~400 lbs
-Approx. take-home beef: ~220 lbs for your freezer
