This amazing black sea salt is used as a finishing salt for a beautiful presentation and a slight bit of good crunch!
Sea salt is mixed with activated charcoal resulting in the pitch-black coloring, with a rich, organic flavour.
We use this one as a finishing salt with our 4 pepper blend on steaks, eggs, salads, on sliced avocado, on salmon and sea food. Looks and tastes great on sea scallops too!
